My sister and brother referred me to Kiel and he was very helpful in meetings my needs on several things. He is very professional and honest on his work and fast.

Reasonable, accommodating, clean, and professional. He was timely with appointments, had follow up on complications and ensured he understood what was both needed as well as desired. Even if I could have done the work myself it would have taken longer and consumed more time than I had to invest. His rates are so reasonable that I cannot foresee myself building another computer myself with Binary's Kiel around to save me time, energy, and effort. I can historically be stingy with 5 star reviews and almost always have a nitpicky observation of what could have been better. I don't have such and that truly impressed me.

I started having Issues with the computer I use for work, so I called Binary Computer Solutions. I was pleased they gave me a few tips to try on my own to make the computer work like it should. I tried the suggestions and they helped but did not correct all the problems, so I decided to call and drop it off to have it checked out. Binary Computer Solutions went through the system and components, diagnosed the issues and got back to me on THE SAME DAY. They told me what was wrong, the options I had on how it could be corrected. They also suggested some hardware upgrades all at a fair price and said I could pick it up THE NEXT MORNING. My custom built had an issue that had me stumped. Binary identified the root cause and had it back to me almost the next day! He even cleaned it up so it was pretty again! Highly recommend!

I called Kiel with a gaming PC that would not post, and he had me bring it in within an hour, and by the end of the day he had diagnosed the issue, got the parts required to fix it and installed them as well. Kiel is extremely professional and very easy to talk to, and is good at developing personal relationships with his customers. Possibly the greatest part is that his prices are pretty much the best around and he doesn't do price mark-ups if he has to buy any of the parts himself.

I was having trouble with my cpu overheating due to a failing AIO liquid cooler. Took it to Kiel and he had it fixed within a weekends time. Great service and very quick repair time, glad I chose them to fix my pc. If I have any problems in the future this is where I'll be going and I recommend others do the same!

First place to actually answer the phone when it was close to closing time. I needed a new screen in a laptop that I use to run a bussiness with. Was able to get it dropped off the following day. He Called within a couple hours with exact price and approximate time frame. Had to order parts. A hinge on my 1-1/2 year old HP Envy laptop broke. The Geek Squad said it would need to sent to HP and would cost about $700 to repair. I called HP, and they said it would be $420. Then, I called Binary Computer Repair. It cost $212.

Kiel was great about explaining what had happened and put on a better hinge so hopefully it won't happen again. He was so easy to understand that I hired him for another half an hour to show me ways to make my old computer run faster (in addition to the CC Cleaner I was already using).

I called to ask for a quote/information about an issue with one of my laptops drivers (Wifi, to be specific), and the man I spoke to on the phone was actually kind enough to offer me a cheaper, alternative fix for my issue that worked wonders, even though he didn't gain a cent from it. I think it's a great show of character that he was more interested in helping me than earning a quick buck, and for that I am extremely grateful and have massive respect <3 If I'm ever in the area I'll be swinging by to drop a tip as thanks, that's for sure!

Kiel repaired my Mac desktop in 2 days it was running very slow and locking up. It is now running faster than it was when it was new. It was a very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend his services!

I was having some issues with my computer recently-slow loading pages, internet browser not responding, YouTube videos being interrupted, Zoom not loading-and remembered a friend on Facebook recommended Binary Computer Repair. I messaged him to get an appointment, which we made for later that day. When I got there he asked what was going on with my computer, and after listening to me describe the problem, suggested replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive.

I left the computer with him, and in roughly an hour he messaged me saying he examined my computer and still thought switching drives was the right move. He installed a new solid state drive, transferred over all my photos and documents, and installed a new operating system for under $220. At Best Buy you'll spend nearly that much money just to have them look at it. I picked up my computer the next day. The next day! I dropped it off at 3pm and had it back by 11am the next morning.

Kiel is friendly and knows his stuff. He does fine work, quickly, and for a good price. I highly recommend taking your business here.

Just received my 2015 Macbook Pro from Kyle, earlier than expected and right after a holiday even. The computer had an old coffee spill I didn't have the money to take care of at the time due to Apple's very high quote, Kyle replaced the keyboard and cleaned the entire device quickly and professionally for LESS THAN HALF OF THE COST Apple quoted for it.

Did good work is running great. I will go back if need be.

Very happy with the replacement computer that Kyle helped me choose and set up. I gave him my five year computer and he transferred everything over and now my new computer is quicker and should pose no problems. It was so easy. and Kyle was reasonable and sensitive to make the changes. I am very happy!

Wanted to try out a new thermal paste for my gaming laptop. He applied what I provided and even added some of his own in needed areas, no over charge for the extra step. Handled my pc with care. Did not expect him to take a day applying the paste since my original quote was only for an hour of work, but it was cheap and the work was done well; reporting lower CPU and GPU temps and my gaming PC is running smoother.

I called Kiel Saturday Morning, Explained what I had going on, he not only was very friendly and explained what may or may not being going on to me, but was able to offer me a fair price and squeeze me in the same day. He took a look at the computer found out what exactly was wrong took time to go over my options with me and managed to have the laptop repaired and up and running by 4:30 that afternoon. I'd say that's pretty fast an friendly service considering I dropped it off around 11:30 that morning and took time to explain everything to me(and I am completely computer illiterate). He even figured out what was going on with my webcam and through that in on the already fair pricing. I highly would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

If no one wants to fix your computer, go see Kiel, he will fix it for you. I have an old iMac 27" mid 2011. My iMac stopped booting up recently. I took it to the apple store in London, ON, and it was diagnosed with a defected video card. Could they fix it for me? Of course NOT. They told me for such an old model, Apple do not manufactor this part anymore. In fact this model had a design defect since the beginning, and apple recognized that and had recall program to change the video card for the owners of this model until 2014. After that they stopped because simply they want you to buy new computers. There is no real repair support behind their products.

Fortunately we have professionals like Kiel, who are honest and knowledgeable about computer repairs. From the first phone call, Kiel understood the problem and offered to check my computer. We talked about a particular technique to refurbish the video card, and he applied it and my computer works again.

During the process of reparation, Kiel was always responding to my emails and phone calls. He explained everything to me, very clearly and honestly. His repairing fees are affordable. He also gave me good advice to upgrade the speed of my iMac.

I'm really very happy that I found him on the internet and read the pervious reviews about him, which made me more confident to approach him. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs to repair his computer.

I handed this man a computer that was literally in pieces. Some of those pieces didn't even work. In a short time he figured out what was wrong with it (Bad motherboard, wifi card, etc.) and fixed it up for me in a timely matter. He kept me updated and even sent me pictures of the process along the way. I will always come back if I ever have any other problems with an electronic.

A few months ago my HP laptop's operating system kept crashing. Being computer illiterate, I have no idea how to solve problems like this. Kiel was very knowledgeable and is able to explain exactly what is wrong with any computer problem in pretty understandable terms. And he fixed it for far cheap then what I would have had to pay at Best Buy or other local places. The games on the system play with no lag. AWESOME!

Kiel is awesome. Took my MacBook to Apple & they wanted to send it off and charge $500, leaving me without a computer for weeks and costing a fortune. Kiel took my MacBook and cleaned each component painstakingly, and got my Mac working again. If it wasn’t for Binary Computer Repair I would have just spent $500-$700 on a refurbished Mac. Instead I’m able to keep my Original Mac with all the installed programs and save myself a lot of time, hassle and money. Kiel's response was pretty close to immediate! He made a house call and took the computer with him. Computer was done the next day and runs better than brand new. Printer is all hooked up and no longer printing 40 copies of the same document! LOL Pricing was very fair and service was excellent along with his knowledge! Highly recommended!

My I pad would not boot up, called and asked if he fixed them. He said not really but would be willing to look at it and never charged for that. Took it to him, he tried everything he could do but was unsuccessful. True to his word he did not charge me a dime because he "could not help" me despite my insistence. I later learned that these things basically simply can't be fixed. So, he gets an A+ for honesty, candor, and simply being a really nice person who wants to do right by his customers
